http://www.erinhuggins.com I've been getting a lot of questions lately about how to perk up the pec muscles and get rid of side boobs. Here are some great exercises that will help you with that. Follow the workout and let me know how it is going!!

  • im new to the whole formal work out thing... what are 10 reps 3-5 sets?

  • Will this help reduce my breast size? I only weigh 120 but I'm a 34DD and it gets annoying and hurts my back. I dont want surgery I just wanna tone them.

  • @sweetangleofmoon hey there :) you can do exercises that target specific areas of your body for muscle toning, but losing fat is more of a generalised 'whole body' effect, you won't lose fat in a specific area, but everywhere all at once. Doing cardio exercises will decrease your body fat like this, but it's a gradual process! Good luck in achieving your weight loss goals, it's difficult but soooooooo worth it!!

  • @sweetangleofmoon you cant AIM to get rid of double chins, those are one of the parts of the body that is hard to loose weight in. you have to reduce body fat in all parts of the body, and the double chin will disapear gradually, trust me ik
