so how did you record this without the lag, as you may know im a FS2004 user, and havnt been on for a while my Q6600 is old now and im ready to use fsx but dnt want to with my old rig, in mind August ill have a new system, going for core i5 2500k at 4.4ghz , just want to know how well your system runs Virtual cockpits in fs2004 beacuse ill be doing TrackI5 videos with it in the PMDG 747, but for perfection im going to need more than the 26-29 FPS that im getting at the min

@loko1701 speeding up footage like everyone else does ... not a machine in the world will run fsx and fraps at the same time and give you a stable 30fps as fsx is designed to run on 1 core ;)
