GhostPulse from wowinterface is the flashing spell you see in my screen when it's ready to go.
The clip's at 2x speed so I can fit it in youtube plus I know people would get bored if it's a 15min+ clip.
Nitro Boosts from Engineering is the ones I used to catch up to that huntard. It increases speed by 150% for 5 seconds at that time. Getting nerfed to 2 second on 3.0.8.

Here's a macro that I made and use. On normal mode it would just judge WISDOM but when you HOLD SHIFT it would judge JUSTICE which could come handy when your trying to keep a druid from running away, someone mounted, ect ect ect

Take out the ( ) and optional. "/castsequence" if your going to put 2 spells, if not just "/cast". HOLD SHIFT so you can use see your other spells.
