@thefanofthewho I have, why do you suppose I haven't? I bench over 300 for reps, overhead press 200 for reps, and squat and deadlift over 400, for reps. I haven't taken any drugs to do these things, nor should anyone need to. When I say that that odd implement lifting is impressive, but not necessarily of the level of drugged athletes, I pretty much know what I am talking about. 220 is peanuts for the competitive strength athlete, but very respectable for us mere mortals.

@Cayvmann How long have you been lifting to achieve those stats? Pressing a barbell is one thing, but pressing an anvil completely different beast.
