Suburi-thon 2010 for 20/10/2010 - Cash 4 Kids, Edinburgh, Lothians & Fife

Yugenkai held a Suburi-thon for a local charity Cash 4 Kids.
Most members ended up doing 3000 Suburi in just over 1Hr 30mins.
Dojo leader Kristián commenced with 1000 hayasuburi and went on to complete 5000 Suburi in 2Hrs.
We all had a good time, surprisingly!
This event will now become a yearly event for the charity and look forward to raising the numbers participating and possibly the amount of Suburi too.
Amount raised at present is just over £400 but will know more in the coming week when all sponsorship have been collected.

Many, many thanks for all Kendoka who got involved in the event and helped raise money for a very good cause.
