3rd Step: 1:03
CSS Non Steam go to Community - Proprieties - Set Launch Options
( -windowed -w 1280 -h 720 -dxlevel 95 -console )
On Non Steam in the css shortcut, right click - proprieties - and insert this
( "X:\CSS Non Steam\Counter-Strike Source\hl2.exe" -steam -game cstrike -console -windowed -w 1280 -h 720 -dxlevel 95 )

4th Step: 1:32
I only give my demo pack to great editors sorry for that but i dont want to my demos be overused :/

The Fps on the arrows change depending of the cfg you are using!
Just stay tuned to the start menu, all informations are there!

Video - Compression - Xvid MPEG-4 Codec - Configure - CLICK ON "Target bitrate (kbps)" put "10000" - CLICK AGAIN ON "Target bitrate (kbps)" put "1" - Normal recompress - OK
