Werner Knöblich, Vice President Red Hat Europe on the Open Source Conference OSC 2010 in Amsterdam, Muziekgebouw aan het IJ.
Werner Knöblich:,,We are convinced that three things need to happen to close the gap between IT budget and demand. The first thing is the adoption of open source as a software model. Second we need to have a different business model. The business model of the past with licensing is not the model we need. Third are the architectures.'' Werner Knöblich describes how JP Morgan's effort on the development of a banking messaging protocol was open sourced with the help of Red Hat.
