@anadryantontine Absolutely, I knew as soon as I saw the menus presented in the last video. Sakai's were far more interesting.

The challenger's duck and leek soup and Sakia's leeks in chicken broth both looked really good. But it is a cold and rainy night here in Salt Lake, so warm and hearty soups seem to fit the bill.

Sakai is soo hot! I love his cooking. he thinks of the big pic and make sure it covers all your 5 senses. While challenger didn't. Only makes things look good is not enough...
