This is a video of the Alfred Hitchcock The Art of Making Movies Show that was at Universal Studios Florida from 1990-2003. The quality of the video is not too great, but it does show the whole Hitchcock movie that was shown when you went into the show. The Hitchcock ride was closed in 2003 and replaced by Shrek 3D.

  • The movie at 6:06 ... what is it? I remember seeing this when I was younger (LOVED the attraction) and even being disturbed by it, the color and the way she collapses was always very visually appealing.

  • It's from Hitchcock's 1969 film Topaz.

  • I agree, this show is so much better than Shrek 4-D. It is sad how they closed this attraction. Hitchcock is the awesome and is a legend. Shrek and Jimmy Neutron are nothing compared to his legacy!

  • How dare they replace The Master with "shrek 4d"!!!!!

  • I'm disappointed they got rid of the Hitchcock theatre . Just goes to show you the brainless masses always get their way.

  • Would have loved to see the original. Check out my song tribute "Here's To Alfred Hitchcock" (with accompanying montage). Just click on my name below or search CraigASilver.

  • Aww I loved this too

  • THIS IS EPIC, I WATCH THIS MONTAGE EVERYTIME BEFORE I WATCH A HITCHCOCK MOVIE, THANKS FOR POSTING THIS

  • @pennywiseclown9 Your right. Now universal is nothing but a money trap.

  • Wow absolutley AMAZING!!! so StereoScopic 3D goes way back into the 70's Nice

  • The reason for change is probably cause the kids wouldn't have seen or known some of the things the attractions are about. For instance i believe it'd be pointless if you go on a ride about a movie but you haven't seen the movie. So i guess they thought about that. There's a real, smart reason.

  • And besides if you think about it some of the things before like the bttf one might be immature to even older generations like a few ones before you. If they replace Shrek 4d or the Simpsons with something else itd be the samething with another generation

  • i went to the hitchcock attraction when i visited back in the late 90s. It was cool, shame it went.

  • It was a tragedy that USO let this go for stupid Shrek which isn't nearly as much of a classic if it is at all.

  • was this afred hitch cock was it in 3-d
