My Avant-Garde Final project film that is meant to foreground duration and reality.

Lots is lost with the conversion to digital, but the original concept is that you are watching a projector play through one reel of super 8 film while experiencing it in reality because of the fact that the very same projector you see on screen is running at the back of the room. the film is silent, but the projector that shows it provides a live soundtrack.

the sound you hear when watching it on youtube comes my video recording the projector as is plays the image you see. in other words, the sound you hear is not from the projector you see, but from the machine that was next to my VIDEO camera at the time i did this transfer.
