Hey I was in Granbury during that time! We had huge hail and a lighting was terrifying.

I remember I heard the sirens too!

we get some good activty out here in Joshua, Texas.... Get pretty good Mammatus cloud activity from time to time. although we've never seen any tornado's here. We got a strange weather phenoma around here. It break's apart at godley and then it seem's close back together around burleson and stay's to the south towards cleburne or north toward's crowley. It never really bother's us here. we get the cloud's just never the weather and i'm not beggin for it either lol.

About half way through I see a lot of sparks in the background, you know like transformers and such. That's usually a good sign of a tornado.
Was This Located At Dallas County?

Agreed. Not sure why the siren was sounding. Looked a LOT more interesting to the north/northeast.

usually if the tornado is in your county, the sirens are blown just as a precaution. thats my guest

Yes, I suspect you are right.
Although the NWS has algorithms that can resolve warning areas to smaller-than-county-sized zones, perhaps the city or county is not yet up to speed. Just a guess.
