@3rdStreetSaintsPimp , get your business liscense first, then you will have your business. Its like driving driving a car, you can drive a car without a driver but if you get cought you going to jail. If you run your business withour a license the gov. with get you and other business will not deal with you.

I think for online business you are going to need FOUR things in order to make everything legal.
1) Resale certificate.
2) Sales Permit.
3)Business Licence
4)Sales Tax ID.
-
Not necessarily. A sales tax ID is not something for you to prove that you are running a legal business online, and requiring it is not something for them to prove they are legitimate wholesalers. A sales tax ID is required if needed when you buy in huge quantities so it can save you hundreds or thousands of dollars in taxes and that's why some require it when you apply. However, whether they require it or whether you pay taxes, it doesn't make any different in what the wholesale price is.

Not true. We are not a supplier. We provide an online B2B database of verified wholesale suppliers that work with online retailers. You work with the suppliers directly and we do not make any commissions from any sales that you make.
