New Year's Ball Drop is a "got to do this at least once" if you're in Baltimore on New Year's Eve. The crowd was small as late as 11:45 but it gathered a big head of steam and everytime you turned around more and more were gathering until everybody was shouldler to shoulder...

I usually go to the ball drop but it was just so hellishly cold, I couldn't make myself go. I was hoping, in this video, to see my friend Mark, who usually dressed as Father Time/Old Year. He won't be there tonight as he died yesterday. RIP my friend.
