I need someones advice on how to increase your bench by alot....Do I do a lot of reps of a low weight or go for higher weight?

@kyuubinaruto1025 It's a monkey grip, which is no more dangerous than a regular grip if done correctly. A good spotter shouldn't touch the bar, unless the lifter needs his help.
