  • blood and sweat chest-bottom position bench with a watson 3 inch barbell-add 5/8 chains with max tension set at bottom-5x5 or 10-12x1 for pure strength.weighted dips-5x5.incline if desired-5x5-7.choose 1-2 of these .alternate weekly.good rep.

  • @madmaster333 go with more weight and lower reps at least get 5 reps in with heavy weights and that should do the trick

  • I need someones advice on how to increase your bench by alot....Do I do a lot of reps of a low weight or go for higher weight?

  • @kyuubinaruto1025 It's a monkey grip, which is no more dangerous than a regular grip if done correctly. A good spotter shouldn't touch the bar, unless the lifter needs his help.
