http://dealerknows.com - Joe Webb and Bill Playford of DealerKnows Consulting share a (comedic) study of how the automotive Internet Sales Manager's job responsibility has grown to be more than one can handle on their own.
Another funny "car guy" comedy creation from Joe Webb.
Starring Bill Playford as the ISM Joe Webb as the GM

  • I started as an ISM in '04 and have lived this. I thought is was based on me. Since the video was made 5 months ago, some more responsibilities have been added. Online reputation manager, Online presence and awareness manager. Also one responsibilty was missed CRM trainer/administrator. I haven't laughed this hard in years. Thank you.

  • @shawncvieira - You're very welcome, Shawn. Many of us lived this and I LOVE hearing every time someone tells me it is their "life story". It sounds like you have a lot on your plate.... you'll really want to urge for a team around you. People with specialties that can assist you. There is an upside to all of your duties. If you ever want a raise, all you need to do is write your job description.

  • Priceless.

  • @deinfami - I hope in a good way, Trev. :)

  • Fantastic big bro funniest video yet love it!

  • @FBIRD70 - Thanks, Sammy.
