Someone doesn't take their section the size of the rod. If you use a teasing brush you get a better result if you have fine hair.

i dont really have a top section, my hair is not that thin, but i dont understand how you can take it and part it that easily.

@nataliedum She probably does it cause she's concentrating and she does hair/make up/etc for a living so she's not used to being looked at so closely while she's doing someone's hair you know
