Night Tide

In a California coastal town a sailor, Johnny (Dennis Hopper), becomes involved with a young dark haired woman (Linda Lawson) who plays a mermaid in the local carnival. After strange occurrences, he suspects that she may actually be a mermaid who habitually kills during each full moon.

hottie dennis hopper . It is nice not seeing him as the heavy or bad guy.i love this movie, so kitch and bizarre . I love the whole beat gen thing. Just deliciously 60's.

Haven't seen this movie since 1982 when I first got cable when I was station at Ft.Lewis Wa. It's a good old fashion horror classic, Ilike old movies like this

For an amusement park pier that should be in full swing in the Summer, it sure looked empty. What bugged me was they never really explained who was the woman in black. Anyhow the movie was OK.
