how the hell is it fake? They're not removing your nose and putting a new plastic nose on, all they're doing is reducing it

Since the nose is the most defining facial feature; a nose job can make a huge difference to your overall facial appearance. She looked so much prettier afterwards; I'm happy for her^-^

om... hi! i don´t hate..hate my nose... but there´s something about the way it looks that just makes me think there´s something wrong, but i don´t know what could a doctor do to make it better cuz my nose is...singular. Can i send you a photo? please help me :D oh and sorry for the english

What I wanted to say is that I'm hoping for a rhinoplastic surgery in the near future, with a little economical help from my parents. They have asked me why I want to change my nose, and I have said that I'm doing it entirely for myself and not for anyone else. I just feel insecure with my nose, that's it! Think it looks odd. As I said, my nosetip has a vertical line that goes from nostril to nostril. The nose looks "cut" into two pieces. I just want to have a fine, round normal nose :'(
