There is no "Save Link As..." anywhere.
I don't have the current QuickTime on my computer, so that's why I can't get it.

@MultiMan557 You should be right-clicking the link *in the description above*. The QuickTime plugin itself doesn't have any sort of option for downloading the MIDI - the link in the description is a direct link to the file, so if you save that, you'll save the MIDI straight to your computer.
