Charles Whitman one of the world's deadliest and infamous mass murderers.
Whitman shot on killed 14 and wounded 31 others on his rampage at The University of Texas on top of its observation tower.

@gotch09 My Psychology professor in college was assigned the task of studying Charles Whitman during the time he lived in Austin in '66. He reported to authorities, one year later, that he could not find any reason why a excellent student with no criminal record or having no history of violent behavior could suddenly do such a thing. The case today remains one of the biggest mysteries. The only thing they could find was that CW had a brain tumor. We know so little about the highly complex brain.

He also killed his own wife and mother the day before the massacre,bringing rhe total to 16.A man injured on august 1 died several years after the shootings because of complications caused by Whitman bullet.he even killed and unborned child.

@tuasguampa No problem.I read from the book "Sniper in the tower" that some time in the early 90's or 80's that he was interviewd by the writer and he was still working his buisness.I wouldent be suprised if the cocaine thing was true, that guy was driven by money.

@JOSUE5401 I've read somewhere that his father was found dead inside his car in 1993, bearing cocaine. I don't know whether it is true or not, but if so, what a failure of a family! All died tragically, and not even a single successor. Thank you very much for answering. Regards from Brazil

@tuasguampa His father is still alive i think but he's brothers all died pretty young.One brother died of aids and the other was shot in the stomach in a parking lot becasue of an argument.
