I stopped cutting after a long and hard time. It was difficult and I did it all by myself, my parents didn't notice so as my friends. Help came afterwards when I quit myself. I'm proud of myself, I really got to know me. With my 13 till 15 years cutting I was young and now I'm much wiser than other people of my age

I'd never wish this upon someone else but strange enough I'm glad that I've been through this, it made me till the person I am today

i cut myself now but im trying my hardest to stop. i just now realized how much cuttin g has affected my life so i decided to stop for me-not for anyone else-for me. i have gone 4 days without cutting and i plan to watch the days turn into weeks and weeks turn into months and months turn into years. thank you twloha!

about 6 months ago i was standing in the street during a thunderstorm about to get hit by a semi. 5 seconds before i got hit i thought of TWLOHA, i started to cry, and i quickly moved out of the semi's way, unfortinutly i got hit by another car passing and broke my left leg, but if i had not thought of TWLOHA i would be dead today. just thinking of it saved my life. i have stopped cutting and im gettting better. i hope twloha helped a lot of people to[:
