"Comedian Katt Williams on Saturday partly walked back an apology for making insensitive remarks to a Mexican member of his audience, telling CNN that he is not sorry for what he said, but apologizes to anyone who thought he was being hateful. "I meant what I said and I said what I meant," Williams said, referring to his back-and-forth with a heckler during a performance a week ago. A written statement apologizing for the remarks had been released by his publicist on his behalf this week, but the comedian said that it didn't come from him. Video of the exchange, delivered during a performance at the Celebrity Theater in Phoenix, was posted online." - CNN

Like you said its between two people, but other people get involved to protect and fight for what the believe and follow... people from the west defend the west and people from the east defend the east... don't you think this will make things worst between blacks and Mexicans??? There is alot of crime in California Los Angeles area where mexicans and blacks are killing and fighting eachother... wouldn't this make problems worst???

Comedy clubs aren't for sensitive. The Mexican heckler repeatedly called him a Ni@@er. Katt never called him a slur. Where was the "anti" Mexican in that stage performance? I'm not getting it. As a comedian u have to shut down a heckler - ON THE SPOT. Otherwise your career is OVER because you will get heckled every time you walk out on a stage. The word gets around. What Katt Williams did is standard. Nothing "a-n-t-i" about it. He did what an good comedian would do. Wipe the floor with him.
