My Vista-equipped Acer computer crashing.

Acer Aspire, 4200+ Athalon, 1GB RAM, 320 HDD, running Windows Vista

Problem has been resolved: the hard drive was damaged. I sent it to Acer and got another one for free.

I have a acer X193hq(monitor) and when im on games the computer will freeze (or somthing like that) on a colourd screen eg blue purple green etc.Can someone tell me what to do to get rid of this problem
