Warning: This video features graphic language. Video released by the Summit County Sheriff's Office this week shows deputy Jeffrey Dempsey order an inmate to stop touching a fingerprint machine while the inmate was being booked into the county jail. Inmate Douglas Brown responds by flashing his middle finger, which prompted the deputy to strike the inmate and take him to the floor. The deputy was suspended 10 days without pay.

@revskank are you serious? i don't watch a lot of cop vids, but that IS abuse. if he hit him or something i wouldn't argue, but all he did was flip him off. cops get flipped off all the time and don't act like this. cop was being a dick, bottomline.

@XMattingly ...still? There are videos like this coming out daily of American cops abusing their power. You'd have to live in a FOX NEWS saturated cave to not know how corrupt and fucked up some of the American Cops are.
It's no wonder the US wants to pass laws to make filming police offers a crime, with the same punishment as if you had commited rape.
Don't treat the problem. Just prevent people from documenting it.
