When did it become "Wesla?" I've always seen her spell her name, "Weslia."

Thank you for that info. I've wondered about that as I have albums, tapes and cds with it spelled Weslia. Saw her live in San Francisco once. She and Mike Greensill were/are truly magnificent.

@ChristophePhilippe : She changed the spelling from "Weslia" to "Wesla" several years ago. She had always pronounced it "Wesla" (with a silent "i"), but people often pronounced it the way it was spelled....so she dropped the "i" so that her name is spelled the way it is pronounced.
