  • First off Im not Don but I do run this site for him and we have talked about you. Alder is not claiming to be better or worse then others. The beauty of music is that there is something for everyone. Maturity on youtube would mean just moving on if you dont like something. Immaturity would be leaving the type of comments you have for Alder and many other artist. Life is short dude. Find the things you like, stay with them, dont travel the hate trail and trying to leave a dark cloud for others

  • This is the best. What a smooth rhythm that move into beautiful phrases -- complex too, but never muddy.

My favorite part is the setting -- It looks like he banged this one out on his way out the door.

  • @joshjbracey thats the show, i was trying to think of it, you want me to look out for it?

  • @MRdetination do you watch that tvs show often(Guitar gods and masterpieces)?? I'm trying to unearth the name of an artist. Young jazz/metal guitarist. video clip of him playing via internet stream to a female love interest. Brilliant mix of jazz and metal fusion.

  • great guitarist i watched him play this on a tvs show the other night and when i heard this i was like what a genius, great work mate

  • @TeslaMe2 Oh lol. Hmm, I don't really remember writing that... you're right. Yeah, it's certainly not the greatest song ever but I totally agree, seeing Tommy and Don perform on stage together would be amazing!

  • @bcharville I wouldn't go quite that far but I would love to see Don and Tommy on the same stage!!!!!! A day you wouldn't soon forget I am sure.

  • Tommy Emmanuel, eat your heart out!

  • I saw this song years ago, and I still enthusiastically show it to my guitar enthusiast friends. You are a Canadian Legend Don Alder.

  • Greatest... song... EVERRRRRRR!!

  • Listening to this as loud as my speakers will go, (makes me think I could run again)....... fast , slow, backwards.....just run......

  • lol I saw him live on a field tripe 2day
