The reality star is gearing up to file for divorce from Kris Humphries this morning after being married 72 days!
This is no Halloween trick!
Breaking news- Kim Kardashian is filing for divorce from Kris Humpries.
It's been just 72 days since they tied the knot in an over-the-top ceremony that is said to have cost $10 million... But now TMZ reports, Kim and Kris are calling it quits.
Kim will reportedly cite irreconcilable differences as the cause of the divorce, rather than filing for an annulment. And there is a prenup.
And she's pulling out the big guns- hiring Hollywood "disso-queen," divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.
If that name sounds familiar? It's because Wasser also repped Britney Spears in her divorce from Kevin Federline, Angelina Jolie when she divorced Billy Bob Thornton, and she's now reportedly representing Maria Shriver, in her divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger
Over the weekend, Kim was celebrating Halloween -- solo. And she denied the split rumors, telling reporters on the red carpet, Kris was just in Minnesota, saying, "Being in New York for a couple of months, I went to L.A. to unpack, and he had to go and bring all his stuff to unpack in Minnesota,"
