This video also reminded me of an exchange between Baker and a book reviewer. The reviewer was commenting on one of his books, saying it was as insignificant as a fingernail clipping. Baker replied by writing a short treatise on how interesting fingernail clippings could be.

Hey, on your comment I went out and checked out Baker's book The Mezzanine. If I had read that book before making this video, it would have definitely been inspired by it.
