On April 29, 2011, about 150 attendees of the SobCon 2011 Chicago gathered on a Michigan Avenue plaza to get information on their next mastermind "assignment." What they didn't know was that the GMC Terrain they were studying was about to be presented to Mark Horvath, a homeless advocate and creator of InvisiblePeople.TV, so he could continue his great work on the road. Connie Burke, Communications Manager and Social Media specialist at General Motors, explains how this social media miracle came to pass.
