The singer is Lhasa de Sela, and the song is «J'arrive a la ville» from the album The Living Road. She's a great singer, half American half Mexican, but who received - I think - the Canadian citenzenship. She lives in Montreal. And thanks for the comment, that's exactly what I want people to feel. ;-)
