2005 Smart Parts Impulse Custom Board

This is the breadboarded circuit board I am building for my 2005 Smart Parts Impulse. It is hard to see properly in this video, but the LED should be blinking at a steady 20 hz, with a 50 ms duty cycle and a top time of 41 milliseconds (with the sinking being 9 ms). This should give me a 9ms dwell on that bad boy. I still need to use an oscilloscope to verify the frequency, but so far this little pet project is coming along nicely :).
