Guava with cheese is one of Brazil's favourite desserts. I visited SENAC, Brazil's biggest skills school where they showed me how to make a Souffle of Guava with a cream cheese sauce. Yum!

  • Why do the lights have to be switched off when eating the souffle?

  • Cause I wanted to dive in face first and it wasn't going to be a pretty site :-)

  • About the ramekin part, do they need to be greased first?

  • No. Dry dry dry. You should serve it in the ramekin, so there's no need to grease it. And by Jorge there's enough fattening stuff on this already.

Guest should be allowed to lick the ramekins dry again if they wish (switch off the lights like I did).

  • Looks like the best part for you was making the sound effects at the end.

  • The sound effects were oh so real! I'm a terrible sweet tooth and this thing totally hits the spot with me.

  • @KBAFourthtime Mint leaves!

  • Where would I find guava preserves in the United States?

  • How many guavas make 4 grams of guave preserves? How many of the cut-up preserves themselves?

  • What a delicious dessert souffle.

  • How many guavas make 4 grams?
