Well, it's almost 21 hours into this 'new year' thingy, and nothing seems to be any different. The weather is still shite. The TV is still full of 'reality-fuck' and right-wing-propaganda. Nothing seems to have changed up to now.

Am I perhaps expecting too much?

Oh yea, there is one thing thats changed ...... they're selling easter-eggs at the local super-store. Yep, Baby is only a week old, and already, the 'money-changers' just can't wait to get Him strung-up on a cross once again.

I hate new year and this year instead of going out I stayed in,"boy do I feel good" I saved money, I did not git hungover and I did not give the fat cats all that money,

 I will put it to good use save up and be on an island somewhere just sipping juice and enjoying the sun maybe next xmas,

It gets me why new year is at winter time just like that other commercial rubbish xmas !!

Its nye here now in australia and i totally agree- its like valentines day where you feel guilty and ashamed if you dont have a partner its the same shit with nye - if ur not in the mood to go out and get drunk and you wanna stay home and chill it makesyou feel guilty about it
