    oh :D 11:12 ( first time in January 13:20 and second time in February 13:33) .... after 15 burpees I thought I wouldn't be able to finish the workout but I did it :) thanks Zuzkaa :-* Great workout

    14:08 ...PU burbees. I added weight to everything but the burpees: 5kilo disc to plyo fly, 12 kilo (6kilo each dumbbell) to overhead squat and 1 kilo discs to each hand for the laterals and ad split!

    the first time i did this workout, it took me almost 13 minutes (i did regular burpees which are more challenging, in my opinion) today, it took me 11m7s (doing competition burpees). great workout, as always. thank you Z.
