It is apropriate that this trailer begins with the iconic image of Abebe Bikele running in the 1964 Tokyo Olympic marathon. The first man to win 2 gols medals in the marathon. The greatest. Look how he runs, look at his economy, the ease and lightness of his momentum. Good luck if you are running a marathon, you can learn a lot from this man.

Gosh he is bled dry! Marathon is the thoughest sport on the planet, other sports might be more popular, but this one is about reaching the true limit of the human body and mind.

Not sure but its insane isnt it. There is a famous finish for the ironamn in Hawiai where two ladys have to crawl for the last 10 metres. Complete mind over matter.
