Actress Lindsay Lohan is suing the financial company E*Trade for 100 million dollars claiming a commercial about a "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay is based on her. (Mar. 9)

She knows her career is practically almost over, because rehab wont do her any good, so she wants to get as much money from others as possible, to maintain her pathetic lifestyle. She should pretty much just go back to passing out half-naked in her own house. Do us ALL a favor.

The sad thing is that Lohan ended up getting a settlement from E*Trade for an unsettled amount... way to stick to your guns E*Trade... why is it that so many actors and musicians with actual TALENT end up ODing but Lohan is still with us? Not WISHING death on her but am surprised it hasn't happened yet...

I hope the judge throws out this case because it would be an absolute travesty if the epic fail known as lindsey lohan actually wins. She's one of those people where her mother should've swallowed when her parents had sex.

aww that poor, precious lindsay... i'm sure she's utterly distraught and injured because of this commercial. Lohan is flattering herself if she thinks ANYONE even thought of her while watching this commercial.
