The Courtnall brothers are in on BM and a whole bunch of other hockey players. Watch out for the next big environmental mess up in Ladysmith starring Pamela Anderson and The Courtnall brothers. Pamelas big dream is to build a big resort on the shores of Ladysmith in the name of her grandmother. Say goodbye to all the birds, wildlife, water quality and way of life around there if that happens.

Broken promises, missed payment deadlines, total destruction of a once beautiful area, total destruction of First Nations sacred sites and caves, the "proposed" building of 25 story towers on top of Bear Mt, his total lack of community support and dependance on community taxes for the building of his private roadway-Spencer Road Interchange, his 20 million dollar "loan" from the shareholders of Bear Mt., The "Grotto", and all the secret shareholders that have allowed this unchecked behavior.

Finally, the truth is coming out about Bear Mt. and Len Barrie. I have heard over 2 years ago of people complaining about shoddy workmanship in all of the homes built up there and from the private contractors hired to go into those homes and fix the mess. Len Barrie is looking a lot like Bernie Madoff right about now.
