Il mio kefir è forte e sano...come me stessa! Ci sono molti modi per produrre il kefir, ognuno è libero di seguire il metodo preferito. Io preparo il kefir in questo modo dal 1991; a questo punto dovrei essere morta o il kefir dovrebbe essere distrutto...invece io godo ottima salute!!! Grazie per il tuo commento, ti invito a non esagerare i pregiudizi e le leggende ma a credere alla realtà dei fatti! Ciao

My kefir is strong and healthy ... like myself! There are many ways to produce kefir, everyone is free to follow the preferred method. I prepare the kefir in this way since 1991, and to this point I should be dead or kefir should be destroyed instead ... I enjoy good health! Hi I just got some kefir grains that I ordered online. They came smelling like old smelly socks. The stench is really terrible. Are they still okay to use? I put them in a jar with milk but I'm worried that the grains are contaminated. Is the stench normal?

Devi cambiare il latte e lavare i grani di kefir. Devi avere pazienza e dopo qualche giorno il tuo kefir avrà un'odore più accettabile. Insisti e abbi fiducia. Non sono i miei fermenti ma sono sicura che i tuoi sono ancora buoni! Ciao

im turk,our ancestors and our mothers prepared kefir for centuries and believe me its very powerful and harmless,it makes you strong and protects your immune system.

Thank you, thank you for your kind words! In Italy the Kefir is almost unknown. I know what's good for the consuming kefir every day. I try to spread the Kefir it is difficult!
