how to fix ipod touch/iphone 1.1.3 passcode and crazy glitch

to fix the passcode error:
use installer to install 'Term-vt100'
open the app, and type:
#!/bin/sh
cd /var/root
/bin/chmod -R og+rw *

press enter after each line

goto itunes and sync somthin to it

dude for some reason my passcode doesnt get activated. When i go to enable it it syays its on. but when i "hold" my touch and come bacl it doenst ask for a passcode. Also whne messing with the settings it.. to turn of the passocde it ask me to put in the old one.. and ive tried every numericl password i know,, but it says it wrong... what should i should i do? cause i really want to setup a passcode to this thing

damn, my iPod Touch got disabled and it says i have to connect to iTunes WHICH IS THE PROBLEM, i connect my iPod Touch to iTunes and my iTunes said it can't connect to iPod because it's with a password so can you help me?!
