a point is missed here when talking about the activation of the cytotoxic Tcell . CD8 binding to the a3 domain of the MHC1 molecule can trigger the first signal for activation but release of granzymes and perforins requires triggering of the second signal which is mediated by T helper cell ( through release of IL-2) . all in all good job
