This is the way i'm used to doing:
Brake . Clutch In . Blip . Downshift . Release Clutch . Release Brake . Gas
:) Blip before the downshift

This is the third video I've seen which doesn't mention double-clutch at all. The only way for heel and toe to be of any benefit is to do it in this order...brake, clutch out, neutral, clutch in, blip the throttle, clutch out again, new lower gear, clutch in, Anything else is a waste of time and you're not doing what you think you are.

Oye..."Heel" Toe Shift Tutorial Fail.
I'll be getting a new pedal set soon with a much wider gas pedal, that'll make this technique a lot safer.

good vid man. I think everyone does it differently I've seen some one do it with their heel on the brake and toe hitting the gas lol. when I learned this technique I tryed all the different ways, the book way of doing it like you are, which feels good. but I usually do it the other way, with my whole foot covering thje brake and I move my entire foot sideways to hit the throttle. idk it works great for me. ppl that have bigger feet should do it your way tho.
