Water Heater Inspection

This is a water heater that has seen better days. There is seepage from the flue condensation, caused by the cooling of the exhaust gases. Several factors contribute to condensation in the flue. Improper drafting has many causes. This is a job for a plumbing contractor. The unit was manufactured in 1993 and is well beyond the warranty period. The water heater is an a-list candidate for replacement.
