It's called a tribute band, and they probably wouldn't be around if the Pumpkins hadn't split up.
There are hundreds of tribute bands, and this one's the closest you can get to the Pumpkins, especially as they've split up.
Not anymore, mind. I'm seeing SP at Leeds festival. Woo!
