A 20-minute-plus video on what I read in 2011. A bit grainy, unfortunately, but that's what I get for making long videos and needing smaller file sizes. I'll learn to stop talking so much one day - maybe.

  • @kazxena Glad you checked it out! Another one of those videos where I'm halfway through and think 'Oh no! You've been talking too long! Mumble faster, you fool!'

  • Very interesting video, you have an intensive knowledge on Rome, thanks for enlightening me.

  • @Retrosofer It's a lot of fun, and it has some tidbits that I don't have in any of my other books on the legions. It not only has a list of all the legions up to that point, but also how they got their name, if/why they were disbanded, and some of their noteworthy achievements. There's also a bit about what to expect if you want to try for an auxiliary unit instead.

  • @Snestastic Thanks! Yeah, it can be tough to find the time for many books. Fortunately, several of the ones I finished were broken up into self-contained sections, like Great Hellenistic Battles, so I could read a few sections whenever I felt without worry about forgetting any plot points.

  • Great video dude. I think i'm going to pick that Legionary book up sometime over the next month or so, it sounds like my kind of book with alot of stuff i'd like to know about, and i'm sure i'll read through it pretty quickly as its my kind of thing.

  • Great vid dude, a nice mixture there. I need to get back into reading, i've been really lazy with it the last couple of years. I still have the Tony Blair biography and also a book from George Bush to read which I can't remember the name of lol
