well done for making such an informative video. the only small correction I would suggest is that, the candidate says "there is good pallor" after examining the nails. I guess he means to say NO pallor.. If not then it is wrong interpretation of words..pallor means ...BEING PALE, so there is nothing called good pallor

U sounded a bit nervous and forgot some things. U also said some things wrong, such as radiation of a mitral murmur which occurs during diastole. Wrong - mitral regurgitation radiates to the axilla and occurs during systole.
