I know but the problemme is that saturday supercade included other segments like frogger pittfal and q-bert and lots more.
And becuase all those characters where from different companies so it would kost lots of monney to bring the segments on a dvd.

why don't they just split the eps into individual sets kind of like they did with the Legend of Zelda used to be Part of SMMSS

Yes that would be a good idea but it looks like the people how have those videos are not willing to do the trouble on releasing the series.
