9/11 FBI Releases Pictures Of Three Living Flight 11 'Hijackers'

Another of the men named by the FBI as a hijacker in the suicide attacks on Washington and New York has turned up alive and well. The identities of four of the 19 suspects accused of having carried out the attacks are now in doubt. Saudi Arabian pilot Waleed Al Shehri was one of five men that the FBI said had deliberately crashed American Airlines flight 11 into the World Trade Centre on 11 September. His photograph was released, and has since appeared in newspapers and on television around the world. Now he is protesting his innocence from Casablanca, Morocco. He told journalists there that he had nothing to do with the attacks on New York and Washington, and had been in Morocco when they happened. He has contacted both the Saudi and American authorities, according to Saudi press reports. He acknowledges that he attended flight training school at Daytona Beach in the United States, and is indeed the same Waleed Al Shehri to whom the FBI has been referring. But, he says, he left the United States in September last year, became a pilot with Saudi Arabian airlines and is currently on a further training course in Morocco. Abdulaziz Al Omari, another of the Flight 11 hijack suspects, has also been quoted in Arab news reports. He says he is an engineer with Saudi Telecoms, and that he lost his passport while studying in Denver. Another man with exactly the same name surfaced on the pages of the English-language Arab News. The second Abdulaziz Al Omari is a pilot for Saudi Arabian Airlines, the report says. Meanwhile, Asharq Al Awsat newspaper, a London-based Arabic daily, says it has interviewed Saeed Alghamdi. He was listed by the FBI as a hijacker in the United flight that crashed in Pennsylvania. And there are suggestions that another suspect, Khalid Al Midhar, may also be alive.FBI Director Robert Mueller acknowledged on Thursday that the identity of several of the suicide hijackers is in doubt. Wail Alshehri, a name used by one of the suspected hijackers on American Airlines Flight 11. A man by the same name is a pilot whose father is a Saudi diplomat in Bombay. Federal sources initially identified Bukhari and Ameer Bukhari as possible hijackers who boarded one of the planes that originated in Boston. The two men were first identified as brothers, but Adnan Bukhari said that was not the case. Their names had been tied to a car found at an airport in Portland, Maine, but Adnan Bukhari's attorney said it appeared their identifications were stolen and said Bukhari had no role in the hijackings. A federal law enforcement official said Bukhari passed an FBI polygraph test and is not considered a suspect. CNN 9/13/2001
Sure are lot of names out of the 19 that sound like or are spelled like W M Al-Sheheri. M Al-Shehehi. W Al-Shehahaha. The FBI knew it was suspicious days later ... "Law enforcement sources said they were looking at a possible family link between Marwan (Al Shehi, Al Shehhi) and Waleed Al Sheri." W (Wali or Walid) M (Mohand, Marwan) Al-Sheri (Al-Sheheri, Al-Shehehi). All derived from one name?

They must have gotten their names from the flight manifests or maybe video of them boarding the planes... huh?.. what's that?... their names don't appear on the flight manifests and there is no record of them boarding the planes... hmmmm... now that IS strange, isn't it. I wonder how they knew then.

What about the video footage of Mohamad Atta(supposedly) boarding a plane at one of the airports? Not sure if it's still pictures or actual video footage but I remember seeing some black and white capture of him. If it was him that is.

I noticed that the image used here for Alomari is a different one than used by the FBI on their earlier releases and different from the one used by the US Attorney in the moussaoui case.

Any idea on the source of the image?

America's New War, but we dont even know who did what. Declaring war without an enemy, before we know who the enemy is. Putting the cart before the reality horse. Typically in real wars there is an enemy, then a conflict, then war as the solution. Here we have a declaration of war and we are looking for a convenient past patsy nation or two to rebuild in the new "war".
