  • We had a Lebanese food store for many decades and for the amount of Tahini he mentions does seem excessive. We would add 2 Heaping Tbls of Tahini for every 16oz of Chick Peas and that mixture was plenty but experiment, each person prefers varying ingredients. I do like the Avocado though.

  • in a lebanese recipe for hummus you don't add olive oil to hummus that is more of a greek way to make hummus
