The muscle-up is arguably the most difficult exercise you can perform in the gym. The general pre-requisite is 20 bodyweight pull-ups and dips. The key is to pull yourself in front of the bar, instead of underneath the bar, so there is enough space for your chest to get over the bar.

i can do 25 lat pullups 20 bicep pull ups, 65triangle pushups 110 pushups
i weigh 155pounds and i still cant do that sht +my cardio tanks... damn
