getting HIOs is quite easy, First Never cheat to get one, just use the games birdseye view, zoom in over the hole,so that the center of your power bar runs through the middle of the hole, then use the little red arrow to click the wind aim, you will find how much each wind aim is, then note it down, This is know as HWI horizontal wind influence, thats all I can say, Goodluck

Oh by the way, I have two separate accounts if you're wondering why I responded with Vecrobahn before and with Ragatosk now. I used two accounts for separate projects. This is in case I get banned from one of them for some dumb Youtube violation rule so I can use my other account as a backup. lol
